How long does shipping take?

What do I do when the machine arrives?
Inspect the crate on all sides before signing; note any damage on the delivery receipt. Report concealed damage within 48 hours with photos. Let refrigerated machines stand upright 4–6 hours before plugging in.

What electrical requirements are needed?
A standard 115 V / 60 Hz outlet. A dedicated circuit is recommended for refrigerated machines. Exact power draw is on each product's specification table.
What payment systems are supported?
Depending on the model: coin and bill acceptors, credit/debit card readers, and contactless mobile payment. Each product page lists what's included; card processors charge their own per-transaction fees.
How do I maintain a vending machine?
Routine cleaning, restocking, and occasional part replacement (bulbs, gaskets). Refrigerated machines need condenser-coil cleaning every few months. Manuals ship with every machine, and our support team helps by phone and email.
