Information we collect

Order information: name, company, billing/shipping address, email, phone, and order details when you purchase or request a quote.
Payment information: we accept bank transfer only. Funds move directly between your bank and ours, so we never receive or store card numbers. We do keep the payment reference against your order record.
Usage information: we do not currently run analytics or tracking cookies. Only the essential cookies needed for the cart and checkout are set. See our Cookie Policy.

How we use it

Fulfilling orders: processing payment, arranging freight, sending order and shipping emails.
Support: responding to inquiries, warranty claims, and returns.
Marketing: we do not currently send marketing email. We contact you only about an order or a question you have sent us.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the store (freight carriers, email service) and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention & security

Order records are retained for 6 months for tax, warranty, and legal purposes. The site is served over HTTPS and access to customer data is restricted.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting info@citysvending.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we hold, to request its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
