2. Products & pricing
All prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. We work to keep specifications and prices accurate; if a listing error materially affects your order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel with a full refund. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.
3. Orders & payment
An order is accepted when we email your order confirmation. Payment is due in full at checkout via the methods listed on our Payment Information page. We may cancel orders we cannot verify or fulfill, with a full refund.
4. Shipping, returns & warranty
Governed by our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Warranty Policy, which form part of these terms.
5. Intended use
Machines are commercial equipment intended for professional installation and operation in suitable environments per the manufacturer’s documentation. You are responsible for compliance with local codes, permits, and ADA requirements at your installation site.
6. Intellectual property & acceptable use
Site content is owned by CitysVending or its licensors. You may not scrape, copy, or misuse the site or attempt to interfere with its operation.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Except as expressly stated in the applicable warranty, products are provided as described on their product pages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Disputes & governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, the county of our business address.
