Return & Refund Policy

Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery (the date the freight carrier confirms delivery, not the order date).
Eligibility conditions
- Return the machine as complete as you received it. It does not need to be unused or in its original crate: machines that have been installed, stocked or custom-wrapped are returnable within the 30-day window, and there are no non-returnable items under this policy.
- All included accessories, keys, manuals, and payment hardware must be returned.
How to start a return
- Email info@citysvending.com with your order number and reason for return, or call +1 813-942-7654.
- We issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within one business day. Returns without an RMA cannot be accepted.

Return shipping & fees
- Return freight is arranged and paid for by CitysVending. You never pay to send a machine back.
- There is no restocking fee. Refunds may be reduced for use, missing accessories or damage not present at dispatch; see Refunds below.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Report within 48 hours of delivery to info@citysvending.com with your order number and clear photos. We respond within one business day with next steps: repair, replacement parts, full replacement, or full refund, at no cost to you. In most cases you will not need to ship the machine back before resolution.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the returned machine passing inspection at our warehouse.
- Partial refunds may be issued when a returned machine shows use, missing accessories, or damage not present at dispatch.
