Where we ship

CitysVending ships to addresses in the United States from Oakland Park, FL. Alaska and Hawaii are included at the same flat rate; we do not ship to US territories or internationally.

Processing & handling time

  • Orders are processed within 0–1 business days of payment confirmation.
  • In-stock machines are crated and handed to the carrier within that same 0–1 business day window.
  • You’ll receive tracking and the carrier’s contact information by email once the shipment is booked.

How vending machines are delivered

Vending machines ship crated on a pallet via national LTL freight carriers. Standard delivery is curbside with liftgate service: the driver lowers the crate to ground level at the delivery address. Inside delivery and placement are [available for an additional fee / not offered].

  • The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone must be present to receive and sign.
  • Typical transit time: 7–10 business days after pickup, depending on destination.
  • Parts and accessories ship via standard parcel carriers (such as UPS or FedEx).

Shipping costs

Freight is charged at a flat rate of $150 per order to any address in the United States. The freight charge is shown at checkout before payment, and does not vary by machine weight, dimensions, or delivery ZIP code.

Inspect before you sign — required

Freight claims depend on the delivery receipt. Before signing:

  • Inspect the crate on all sides for damage, punctures, or tilting.
  • Note any damage in writing on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.
  • If damage is significant, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at info@citysvending.com / +1 813-942-7654.
  • Report concealed damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the crate and the machine.

Lost, delayed, or misdelivered shipments

Contact us at info@citysvending.com and we will open a trace with the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not able to guarantee carrier transit times. Address changes after pickup may incur a carrier reconsignment fee equal to the carrier’s actual charge.
