Order Cancellation Policy

Before shipment

Cancel free of charge any time before your machine is crated and handed to the carrier. Email info@citysvending.com or call +1 813-942-7654 with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

After shipment

Once the machine has shipped, the order is treated as a return under the Return & Refund Policy: return freight is arranged and paid by CitysVending and there is no restocking fee.
