Buying from a Florida company
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern. Call +1 813-942-7654 or email info@citysvending.com to check a machine’s specification, ask about a location, or request a volume quote for several machines. Payment is by bank transfer; every machine is new, carries the manufacturer’s warranty and can be returned within 30 days of delivery with return freight arranged and paid by us. See the shipping policy and return and refund policy.
Which machine for a Florida location?
Heat matters here. For indoor locations without reliable air conditioning (warehouses, workshops, marinas), choose refrigerated machines with compressors rated for high ambient temperatures, and place drink machines away from direct sun. For outdoor and semi-outdoor spots, only the outdoor-rated cabinets are suitable, and a roof or awning extends their life. Not sure? Use the Machine Finder, read how much a vending machine costs, or call us.
Licenses and sales tax in Florida
Operators register for sales tax with the Florida Department of Revenue in each county where they place machines. Machines that sell only prepackaged snacks and drinks do not need a state food license; machines selling potentially hazardous food need a DBPR vending machine license, and ice and water vending machines need an FDACS permit. See our Florida vending machine license, permit and sales tax guide for the details and official sources.
